Cathedral is owned by the state

The Catholic Church has given up its legal battle for the St. Vitus Cathedral after almost 18 years. Prague Archbishop Dominik Duka and President Vaclav Klaus signed an agreement where the Church withdraws its constitutional complaint concerning the ownership of the cathedral. This means that the 2009 Supreme Court ruling confirming that the state is the owner of the St. Vitus Cathedral remains in effect.  Source:  HN 4
